The North Dakota State Revolving Fund programs will be holding stakeholder input meetings:
- Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at 1:30 pm at 4201 Normandy St, Bismarck, ND 58503.
- Thursday, May 5, 2022, at 10:30 am at 800 4th Avenue E, West Fargo, ND 58078 (use NE doors)

The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the administration of Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) funds by the North Dakota State Revolving Fund programs. The BIL makes funding available for any projects eligible for the SRF programs, to address emerging contaminants, and to remove lead service lines. Federal requirements will apply to these projects, including the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements that were included in the BIL.
